Booking & Cancellation Policy
How do I make a booking?
Bookings can be made securely through our online booking system, please fell free to contact us if you need any support with this.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
When is payment due?
Deposit: paid at the time of booking
Remaining balance: due 14 days prior to arrival. If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to retain your deposit and re-let the accommodation.
Bookings made less than 14 days before arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your stay. Your deposit is non-refundable, but any balance paid can be refunded.Less than 14 days before arrival:

Do you offer date changes instead of cancellation?
We will always try to accommodate a date change if requested at least 14 days before arrival, subject to availability.
Do you recommend travel insurance?
Yes — we strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as illness, adverse weather, or personal circumstances.
What happens if you need to cancel my booking?
In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather, maintenance issues), you will be offered:
A full refund or
The option to move your stay to another available date
We cannot compensate for travel or other associated costs.
Do you require a security deposit?
We do not currently require a security deposit, but we kindly ask guests to report and pay for any accidental damages.
What if bad weather is forecast?
Our cabins remain warm, cosy, and fully functional in bad weather, so standard cancellation terms apply.
We will contact you should we need to amend your stay due to severe weather.
